New Service and Download Area
14.06.2022Improved Download Area for Microbiology customers and distributors
We are pleased to announce that we have improved the Microbiology Service and Download area.
Using the Service and Download Tab at the top of the site you will get access to the registration as well as to the login page giving you access to a full range of additional information after completion of the registration process.
Direct downloads of instrument software updates will now be possible from the new download area
Registered users of the former version of the service area are requested to fill in the registration form for the updated area again as the registration data could not be transferred.
SY-LAB Microbiology distributors now will have access to a secured distributor are that will be aligned during the registration process.
All registrants will be informed by a separate e-mail as soon as the account is released for login.
